To ensure a property is safe and secure, we will remove all broken glass from damaged windows. Windows will then be boarded according to HUD specifications.

Vacant properties services; change locks on doors, install lock box, board windows/doors, secure gates, post emergency contact notice, secure pool (if applicable), and provide you with photos of completed work.

Includes (but not limited to) drain/flush all water lines and test system for leaks, adding antifeeze to water spots, secure water main closure, and winterization/contact info posted for your ease of mind.

Removes interior and exterior debris, hazardous material, outside items that detract from curb appeal (Christmas lights, dog houses, etc.), and unwanted vehicles are towed.

Personal property is handled in accordance with client specifications and with state and local requirements. Part of the process is consolidating all personal belongings into a separately secured room.
